GOVERNMENT SPENDING REDUCTIONS:
Reduced Spending for support programs such as S.N.A.P. (Food Stamp Program).
Reduced spending for unemployment benefits from both the State and Federal Government.
Reduced spending for necessary support of other programs due to reductions in the number of people at or below the poverty line.

They will buy new homes, cars and trucks, pay off other bills, and get the medical and dental care they need but have been putting off, and maybe even take a vacation. Indirectly, all this activity means more jobs, for more Americans, and what is good for America, is good for the world.
Before we make major changes to these programs, let us get the unemployment problem resolved, and then take a fresh look at these systems. Most people agree changes are needed, but would it not be easier to make changes, if we can first get the unemployment and poverty problems resolved? Also, tax revenue (F.I.CA & MEDICARE) from millions of formerly unemployed workers will help shore up the funds for these programs. True? Also, change the YELLOW box to GREEN.

Traveling at speeds around 200-300 mph is much safer and efficient on the A.N.T.S. platform than on existing and proposed high speed surface based systems; there are no railroad crossings.

JOBS: Are the number one reason for this project. We have a supply and demand problem. Too many people looking for work and too few jobs! It might be a good situation for those businesses and even government employers who want to hire us for part time or temporary positions but in the long run it is detrimental to the economy and the country. For example, Teenage unemployment is at record levels, and do you remember that old saying about "idle hands" ? Would you agree with me that many of our social problems can be directly related to unemployment? Think about it.
